After setting your intentions and selecting your crystals(or did they choose you?), it’s likely you want to get right
to work with them. There are a couple of key steps, however, that
you need to take to make sure the crystals are ready to do the
work you assign to them for the most successful outcomes.
When first bringing crystals home, or after working with them
for a while, you will want to cleanse them to clear any negative
energy they may contain—or have picked up by handling from
others—and rebalance their vibrational energies. Note, too, that in
addition to the methods noted here, you can also cleanse crystals
in the Sun’s magical light, but know that it can fade many of
them, so do some research before using the Sun to cleanse and
activate any crystals
